Network Effect # Engineers who explain, test, then deploy Network Effect is a consulting and training company based in Rennes, in Brittany, France, founded by Élie Sader, an engineer. It helps leaders of SMEs and mid-sized companies, in western France on site and remotely across France, understand and use two shifts: Bitcoin, the internet's native money, and artificial intelligence. Strategy, intangible capital, training, payments and treasury, infrastructure you own. > There are thousands of resources on Bitcoin for individuals. For companies, almost nothing. That's where we started. ## Why does Network Effect exist? Individuals and companies are two sides of the same coin: it takes companies to earn bitcoin and to spend it. Yet in 2023, the offer for companies was close to nonexistent. We set out to answer the questions a leader actually asks: why should I care? Is there a benefit that justifies the time? What does it have to do with my core business? How do I do it in practice? Then AI arrived in companies, and the question widened. We wrote back in 2023 that machines would need a wallet. Today the two subjects have become one: what in your company cannot be copied, and who holds the keys to it. ## How do we work? Engineers first. We explain without jargon, we test on your case, then we deploy. We practise what we preach: this site is served from our own node, with no third-party script and no tracker, and our own knowledge is structured as a corpus before any AI touches it. We sell neither yield nor investment advice. We sell understanding, decisions, and tools you own. The leader is the hero. We are the guide. ## What are our values? - **Cooperation.** Value comes from exchange. Bitcoin is a marvel of human cooperation: no legal entity, no CEO, no venture capital, no marketing, and running since 2009. We work the same way, as a network, with partners we name. - **Balance.** Efficiency where it pays, robustness where it protects. A system optimised for normal days breaks on abnormal ones. We help companies choose, item by item, what should be efficient and what should hold. - **Sovereignty.** Your money, your data, your keys. Public-key cryptography makes sovereignty possible everywhere: over money, over payments, over knowledge. We put it in your hands, not ours. ## Where are we? In Rennes. We work with companies in Brittany and western France in person for sessions and training, and remotely across France, in French and in English.
